Policies

-Returns are accepted for store credit only, all returns must be returned to us within 14 business days of the date the order was received.

- We are no longer accepting any returns/exchanges from the USA. Unfortunately we get charged customs for each package that crosses the border and it can be anywhere from $100-$200 per package.

 - All orders placed weather they are fulfilled or not pertain to a exchange or store credit only. No order may be cancelled after purchasing

- Products must be returned in new condition, products must be unworn, unwashed & must have original tags if applicable. 

- Shipping for exchanges or returns is the customers responsibility

- Please return items to PO BOX 429 Crossfield, AB, T0M 0S0. Please include a note with your order number as well as if your needing a instore credit or an exchange. If you do not provide a note stating your order number, first and last name and what we are exchanging your product for, your return/exchange will not be processed!

- We will provide a in store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we process your return.

- 1-2 weeks TAT on all made to order items.

- 1-4 days processing time on all ready to ship items. If you have ready to ship & made to order products combined in one order, all items will ship with the made to order products
