Policies

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only, all returns must be returned to us within 14 business days of the date the order was received.
  • Every order, weather fulfilled or not, is eligible for an exchange or in store credit only. All sale items are final sale!
  • Products must be returned in new condition, products must be unworn, unwashed & must have original tags if applicable.
  • The Branded Roan is not responsible for what happens to the package after it leaves our hands! If additional insurance is applied to the order, we will help you file a claim!
  • Shipping for exchanges or returns is the customers responsibility.

 

  • Please return items to PO BOX 429 Crossfield, AB, T0M 0S0. Please include a note with your order number as well as if your needing a instore credit or an exchange. If you do not provide a note stating your order number, first and last name and what we are exchanging your product for, your return/exchange will not be processed!
  • We will provide a in store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we process your return.
  • All TBR graphic tee's, crewnecks and hoodies are a UNISEX FIT.
  • We are NOT responsible for any damage to our DTF-printed garments if the washing instructions are not followed. You can find the full care instructions on our website.
  • Colors May Vary from photos to in person, due to lighting/editing of photos!
