Policies

- Returns are accepted for store credit only, all returns must be returned to us within 14 business days of the date the order was received.

 - We are no longer accepting any returns/exchanges from the USA. Unfortunately we get charged customs for each package that crosses the border and it can be anywhere from $100-$200 per package.

- We are not responsible for any tariffs or duties for packages going into the USA. 

- The Branded Roan is not responsible for what happens to the package after it leaves our hands! We are always open to helping the customer if the package is lost or damaged but not responsible!

- Every order, weather fulfilled or not, is eligible for an exchange or in store credit only. All sale items are final sale!

- Products must be returned in new condition, products must be unworn, unwashed & must have original tags if applicable. 

- Shipping for exchanges or returns is the customers responsibility

- Please return items to PO BOX 429 Crossfield, AB, T0M 0S0. Please include a note with your order number as well as if your needing a instore credit or an exchange. If you do not provide a note stating your order number, first and last name and what we are exchanging your product for, your return/exchange will not be processed!

- We will provide a in store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we process your return.

- 1-2 weeks TAT on all made to order items.

-1-4 days processing time on all ready to ship items. If you have ready to ship & made to order products combined in one order, all items will ship with the made to order products

- All TBR graphic tee's, crewnecks and hoodies are a UNISEX FIT.

- We are NOT responsible for any damage to our DTF-printed garments if the washing instructions are not followed. You can find the full care instructions on our website.
